Cologne, 29 July 2026 – Following its entry in the commercial register of the Cologne Local Court, the company formerly known as KFK Holding now operates as Karimian Flossbach & Co. GmbH.
What has changed is the name, not the company. Shareholders, management, team, our Cologne headquarters and all existing holdings and projects remain unchanged. The commercial register number (HRB 119552) and VAT identification number continue to apply; existing contracts and agreements remain valid.
Our website is now available at karimianflossbach.com, and enquiries can be directed to info@karimianflossbach.com. Previous web and email addresses redirect automatically — messages sent to former addresses will still reach us.
Karimian Flossbach & Co. GmbH is a private investment company based in Cologne. It invests across Germany in development projects and standing assets, as well as in selected opportunities in public and private markets. The company was founded by Nikan Karimian-Flossbach, Caroline Karimian-Flossbach and Niklas Kreft.
