Nikan is a founding partner of Karimian Flossbach & Co and, together with Niklas Kreft, is responsible for the firm's investment activities and the development of new business areas. He has several years of investment experience in real estate private equity as well as private and public capital markets. Prior to founding Karimian Flossbach & Co, he worked in the investment team at Obotritia Capital, among other roles. He completed his MSc in Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE) with Distinction.

Caroline is a founding partner of Karimian Flossbach & Co and is responsible for operations as well as strategic decisions at holding level. She has several years of experience in business development, corporate strategy and management. Prior to founding Karimian Flossbach & Co, she worked for Simon-Kucher & Partners, the technology company Konvi and Flossbach von Storch SE, among others. She completed her MSc in International Management at Imperial College London as valedictorian.

Niklas is a founding partner of Karimian Flossbach & Co and, together with Nikan Karimian-Flossbach, is responsible for the firm's investment activities and the development of new business areas. He has several years of investment experience in real estate private equity as well as private and public capital markets. Prior to founding Karimian Flossbach & Co, he was a member of the management team at Obotritia Capital. He completed his MPhil in Economic Research at the University of Cambridge with Distinction. He is also a CFA charterholder.
